In the heart of Costa Rica’s Pacific coast, Vivirí was born from a simple dream shared between my wife and me — the desire to create something meaningful, rooted in tranquility, nature, and the joy of beach life. After months of research and planning, we realized that what brought us the most happiness was escaping to the sea. Long walks on nearly empty beaches, shaded by majestic palm trees, became our sanctuary. We felt inspired by the peace, the sound of the waves, and the authentic beauty of the Central Pacific.
This dream evolved into Vivirí Beach Bungalows — a space designed to relax, reconnect, and slow down. What makes this destination unique is the serenity of its long, untouched beaches, where one can walk for kilometers, enjoy a picnic under palm shade, or simply unwind surrounded by nature. It felt too special to keep just for ourselves, so we decided to share it with others.
The area is full of life — from scarlet macaws flying above at sunrise, to an incredible variety of tropical birds, making it a dream for nature lovers and birdwatchers. Nearby restaurants offer fresh fish caught locally by fishermen every morning, preserving the authentic coastal flavor rarely found elsewhere.
